Known as one of the best in the business, Evernham is responsible for over a group of 120 technicians and mechanics. He is in charge of the annual budget and giving Gordon a racing advantage. His belief in “team IQ” is the foundation of the Rainbow Warriors. Team IQ states that “none of us is as smart as all of us”.
