This could imply that she is being abused by her husband because her body is free and normal people when their husband dies don't think their free they usually griefing

This is saying that all the men stare at her vagina like their diamonds, diamonds are usually rare and they are a hard jewel to find and get, so she could be saying that they (the girl slaves) could be fighting the men of them, and making sure they don't get raped and making harder for the owners to be in control of them.
