Steven Thomas had a dream of becoming a renowned professional NBA team writer.During his quest to achieve his dream he was able to win a writing contest, which provided him the opportunity to cover one of the on of the biggest weekends in college sports. That achievement was covering one of the final four college basketball games at New Orleans. They were sent over to the Final Four in New Orleans to see Duke versus Minnesota State University. The tickets were worth at least $3000.

While at the Superdome they discovered a player being blackmailed by throwing the game. Steven and Susan walked up on a conversation with the president and one of the players. The blackmailers were the Duke president Earl Koheen. He got arrested and Steven and Susan
