I wanted to take this time and opportunity to let you know that it is with great pleasure that I write this letter. Over the past two years Steven Koontz has worked for me as an All-Source Analyst in the 116th Military Intelligence Brigade’s ISR Coordination Center. During his time here Steven responsibilities included but were not limited to writing intelligence summaries, creating the daily Operations and Intelligence briefs for the Brigade Commander and creating, updating and tracking the Brigade’s daily PED Tasking Order.
