I have taken part in ‘The Deloitte Micro-Tyco Challenge’. As a result, my creative side came to fruition helping me to acquire and build upon new skills, such as decision making and problem solving. This challenge made me take charge and become a bold and independent thinker. It taught me how to work in a partnership, meet deadlines and I gained a critical understanding of organisations.
