The hardest part of the job was that he had to reveal the news to Ian Healy that he had been dropped from the game. He had no doubts that Healy was very good but he also knew that it was best for the team. So, instead of hesitating and frowning over the decision,he went upto Healy and told him outrightly what was wrong with,what fronts he could improve on and why he had been dropped. He didn’t outrightly blame the selection team and sympathized with healy because he knew that was not the right thing to do.
