Steve Lawrence Shimer didn’t have a allowance. The thing he could recall was that his brother Mark always cheated at cards. Steve went to school in Timothy Lutheran in Chicago and went to Williams Bay High School in Williams Bay. The thing that he respects about his parents is that they were hardworking. Favorite family tradition was his mom would alway make Glug for christmas. Glug is a type of Alcoholic drink. When my dad was about 13 his dad had a heart attack at the table. And when my dad was 17 his step father kicked him out because his hair was to long. He ended up living from his car until winter he moved in with his best friend.
