Steve Jobs was rejected at birth twice, a trouble maker during his whole school years, and didn’t complete college yet he changed the world of technology forever. Steve was born in San Francisco, California on February 24, 1955. Steve’s biological parents were Joanne Schieble and Abdulfattah John Jandali, but Joanne gave him up for adoption since she was looked down on being pregnant at a young age. Steve’s first adoptive family changed their mind when he was born, but luckly Clara and Paul Jobs adopted him soon after. Eventhough Joanne refused to let them adopt her son until they promise to send him to college when he was older. Clara and Paul Jobs were classified as middle class and Paul’s job occupation was a repair engineer,

He has said one of his achievements is his son Reed. He had Reed with his second wife, Laurene Powell whom he married on March 18, 1991. Steve also had three daughters: Lisa, Eve and Erin. Although he had a complicated relationship with them than he was to his son Reed. The awards, medals, and titles that Steve Jobs has gotten are the: National Technology Medal in 1985 for “the creation of a cheap but powerful computer with Stephen Wozniak”, the Jefferson Award for Public Service in 1987, the Entrepreneur of the Decade in 1989, the Lifetime Achievement Award in 1989, the PGA Vanguard Award in 2002, the Grammy Trustees Award in 2012, the Person of the Year by Financial Times in 2010, the California Hall of Fame and the Most Powerful Person in Business by Fortune Magazine in 2007. Eventhough he had gotten all these awards because of Apple, he did lose his job to John Sculley. His last words right before he died was “Oh Wow, Oh Wow, Oh Wow!” (p.264) He was diagnosis with pancreatic cancer that spread all over his body in January 2010. He almost died twice during his cancer battle then shortly recovered until January 2011 when the cancer came back.. He was also a private person that never let anyone see his work, or ask about his family life until he was about to die then he allowed it. I believe that people will remember Steve Jobs as the person that changed the world of technology. “Steve left a lot of unfinished stuff for Apple’s plans. He made Apple 15 times bigger.” (p.264) When he died people in San Francisco, New York, China and other places morn and paid their respects. “Jobs might not have been the creator of the personal computer but he was the voice and the face of the revolution of Apple.” (p.265) At the end of Steve Jobs life, he had a net worth of $8.3 billion dollars. He was the founderco-founder of Apple Inc., Pixar Animation Studios, and Next Computer Inc. This should show that Steve left a major legacy around the
