Steve Harmon is innocent. If he were guilty he wouldn’t write down everything. He has nothing to hide from the jurors. It surprised Steve when Petrocelli stated Mr. Nesbitt’s cause of death. He didn’t know that Mr. Nesbitt was murdered until he was accused of the murder. What follows is an explanation of why Steve is innocent for the murder of Mr. Nesbitt. However, it is my belief that Steve is also guilty for other aspects of this wrongful death. First, I will explain why Steve is innocent for the charge of murder. To date all we know is that Steve was part of the crime. He has been writing everything down, telling us the truth about the crime. Although, he was involved in the robbery part of the crime. We call this, accessory to murder.
