For the background of the scenario, Tom, 10-month old boy, became irritable and crying vigorously in bed because of Tom suffering in skin rash over his cheek, and skinfolds of elbows and knees. After the consultation, Tom was found to be allergic to dust mites and peanut. Therefore, he is prescribed with anti-histamine, topical steroids and wet-wrap.
