Stereotyping is a generally perceived idea that lacks any truth or justification, but rather is just a collective idea that is falsely created affecting our ability to rightfully judge others truthfully. We look on the outside of a person based on collective ideas we hold as truth rather than justly constructing an opinion on that person based on their inside. We too often jump to conclusions when we in reality don’t have anywhere near the grasp on the facts to make accurate assumptions. This all leads to a split or fractured society which lacks the ability to truthfully understand each other. We should all make an effort of to justify our conclusions on a person, and take a step back and question what we think is fact. We should use the mind
