Juveniles face many difficulties in this day and age. There is a wide range of situations and issues that challenge them every day. Some suffer through underprivileged households. Some live under wealthy parents and dwell in a good neighborhoods but lack the emotional structure and support they require. Thinking back on my measly fifteen years on this earth I can relate to how the Outsiders portrays these challenges.
