Women had faced a lot of difficulties and limitations in the workplace comparing to men. The previous papers in the literature focused on the feminine characteristics in women which can contribute in being a great leader. In studying the management styles, women appeared to have a unique management and leadership style that need to be taken into consideration, as well as studying the nature and aspects of this leadership style along with its effectiveness, in order to reach a conclusion that may change the stereotyping perception towards women in the workplace.
