Workers are educated mostly however on sexual harassment rather than the other forms of sexism. Examples of sexism include actions like choosing a male worker for a project that a female worker could be equally or even more qualified to perform. Hiring a male rather than a female due solely on the basis of sex and the infamous wage gap of a male and female with equal entry levels are also the most known sexism acts. The difficulty in identifying sexism causes other sorts of discrimination, choosing a man to do a project over a woman might be looked at as sexist, hiring a man over a woman would be looked at as sexist, especially if those actions were done by a male higher up. Although not usual, privileging a woman simply because she is a woman in the workplace is a form of sexism
