Muslims who live in a western society face discrimination constantly through their day to day lives Muslims (mainly living in the US) are constantly faced with the challenge of defending their religion and themselves against the messages that the media is sending out to people, they also face challenges such as attacks on mosques, public harassment and much more. They are feeling like they must prove themselves against these stereotypes in order to prove to society that Islam is religion of peace.
