Stereotypes Of Gamers

Decent Essays
What do you think of a gamer as? Maybe, what you think might be out of context. Most Likely, if you think gamers are fat you are not completely right but there are some. The media makes it look like all gamers are fat but most aren't. They also make gamers seem as they're antisocial when most gamers are very social. With online multiplayer to LAN party, gamers come to play together and socialize.

There is a very big difference between what the media portrays gamers as and what you see them as. Most people might think well I'm not a gamer, but that occasional phone game or tablet game counts. As a matter of fact gaming help focus, multi-tasking, abstract thinking problem-solving, perseverance, memory, quick thinking, and reasonable judgement.
