While we were reading “To kill a mockingbird” my whole mindset was based around my ancestors and what they had to deal with and how they were discriminated against. The book was written to be based the 1930’s in a small town in the south.The book is about how inequalities were in the 1930’s and how people were treated and looked at and how much people didn't like certain people or didn't want to be around them depending on race, gender, age, and social status
