There were a lot of stereotypes in the movie Zootopia that had a direct relate to society’s stereotypes. There is a scene where Judy comes into a police department to start her first day of work. She didn’t know which way to go so she asks the front desk, an obese cheetah, the location she should be heading to. When the cheetah called Judy a cute bunny, Judy replied “a bunny can call another bunny cute, but when other animals do it...” This certainly relates to our society stereotype where the word “nigger” can be used from one African American person to another, however other people can’t call them “nigger” because of the American history of slavery.
