Anytime we stand in front of a diverse audience regardless of what their gender is, we have to keep in mind that we need to stay neutral. What do I mean by that? Well, as the speaker, it's our responsibility to make the audience feel like they are all equally important. The speaker shouldn't use stereotypes of any types, or use any unbiased language. It's important that the speaker understands that he/she needs to be sensitive to certain topics.
