David Wright once said, “ I take positives out of negatives all the time.” In baseball I do that all the time in baseball. Everyone has to do that in baseball because everyone has those games where they have things to work on. I had a baseball game where I over slid into second base and with my cleats as big as his leg I slid into Billy's leg. Right after I slid into his legs Billy dropped down and started crying. Billy hated me for what I did to him. When he was down on the ground I glanced over to their bench and the parents, coaches and players had a angry face and were not happy with me.Then when I was up to bat and Billy the kid that I slid into was pitching. “I am going to hit you,” Billy said.

It felt like it was in slow motion because the white and red ball was coming toward my red helmet so, then I turned, but I turn the wrong way and then hit hits me square in the cheek. I dropped down to the dirt. As I was laying on the dirt I could taste the hard rough pebbles in my mouth it was nasty. As I was laying there I could feel the rough dirt digging and cutting into my skin. It was hurting so much I forgot about the pain where I got hurt in the first place.
