Per Reporter: Brandon's mother (Kelsey) introduced him to marijuana and alcohol. Kelsey gives parties to Brandon and his teenager's friend (unknown). Kelsey provides them with the alcohol and pot (marijuana). The police were called to the home several times concerned the parties. One time Kelsey did not open the door until Brandon hid the bone (glass looking pipe to smoke marijuana in). Brandon no longer wants to parties and do drugs. When Kelsey gives the teenagers parties at home; Brandon and his girlfriend are in the living room watching television. While, Kelsey and the teenagers are in the backyard smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol.
