They don’t have the ability to get jobs. They are not creative. They are boring and forgetful. They cannot learn. Can you imagine who is ‘they‘? If you reminded or imagined ‘old people’, it means that you are having stereotypes about them. Age discrimination in employment is a very complex issue which affects many areas of Government policies and has many implications for individuals themselves. Prejudice about old people or young people was created based on their personal traits. Discrimination in an old age continued to become obvious across the world. Ageist attitudes and stereotypes are common everywhere, such as in the family, community, and bigger society. The problem is that old people are suffering from the assumption and discrimination in their workplace which can cause monetary problem with this age group. This essay will examine issues with age discrimination and offer some solutions
