Stephan King
Stephan King is a extremely well known author and has been always known for his horror stories. His most well known stories include IT, The Shining, Salem's Lot and several other books and stories. His horror writing is credited to him seeing his friend get hit by a train. He has no memory of the event but he came home scared and the next day the parents found out about the boy. He was inspired to write also when he found a HP. Lovecraft book that was his dad's. He said “I knew that had found home”. King went to Durham Elementary school in Maine, and went to highschool in Lisbon Falls, Maine. He went to the university of maine and graduated in 1970 with a bachelors of english. He wrote books under the name Richard Bachman. A book store owner from D.C put two and two together comparing King's works to Bachman's and found they were the same. Then King faked Bachman's death and said he died from cancer. Later King dedicated a novel to him as a joke. King used other aliases such as John Swithen. King was hit by a car by a driver who was distracted in 1999. He had suffered several injuries and one was a broken hip.
King was angered at the fact that he was hit and purchased the van for $1,500 and it was later smashed at a dump. He was hoping people could pay money for charity to smash it with hammers. In 2002 king retired from writing and was becuase of his injuries. King had made some small works after this and publish some things online and in magazines. In 2007 marvel started making comic books based on the Dark Tower Series. He then released a few more stories and finally a collection of thirteen short stories.
King released a collection of four unpublished novels in 2010 and called it Full Dark, No
