With no evidence of letting criminals reform, some will say Frank Castle is a murderer, as he has taken it upon himself to be a judge, juror, and executioner all at once. They claim there is no usefulness to this act of brutality and that laws are in place to punish those who have broken them. Criminals deserve to be brought to justice, not by the allowance of vigilantes, and ruthlessly killing with no coherent remorse for life’s moral codes or ethical practices. The laws are made to keep emotions from taking over in the case where crimes are committed. This helps establish justice where some may seek emotionally charged punishment instead of lawful prosecution. However, this is an issue as, at times, hands in law enforcement and criminal organizations begin to exchange favors which can cause corruption.
