The American dream is referred to a person who has achieved their number one goal in life; Someone living life to the fullest and loving every minute of it. Many people believe that the American dream is a rag to riches story, which it can be, but in some cases it isn’t. A person needs to be a role model for others and not just someone that is famous and is a bad influence. To achieve the dream they have to work hard every single day. People don’t get blessed by being a couch potato who does nothing, but they work hard to earn it. Stephen Curry is a prime example of somebody who is living the American dream. Steph has accomplished the American dream because he has grown up with a family full of athletes, he has left a legacy at his alma mater, and he has become a very common-well known name in the NBA. People doubted, and he proved them wrong. He has proved to be living the American dream because he has achieved his goal in life, and that was to be a big star in the NBA. He has worked day and night for his whole life to get to this point. To achieve the American dream they need to be the best they can be, but always go the extra mile. Steph isn’t a kid in the NBA just going day by day getting payed millions. He is giving back to the people, he is being an active role model for the kids who look up to him, and he is someone who is extremely involved with his family.
