Not everyone thinks of athletes as heroes. People think more about the money they make and the games they win. not many people think of there lives outside of the sport they play. The athlete who we consider a hero is Stephen Curry. He is known for all of his amazing skills on the basketball court, but he also is a superstar off the court. He is always spending time with children’s groups and inspiring them to become great people and amazing basketball players. Steph Curry has also inspired us to do the same.

The webstie Future.com talks about how Steph Curry has inspired a young 13 year old boy to donate to people in need. The boy, instead of asking for presents for his birthday, instead asked for people to donate to a foundation called Nothing but Nets. Steph has also given him a lot of tips on life and tips on basketball. He taught him how to shoot a basketball, and to always believe in himself. This has inspired us to help out in the community and help with different charities, because we believe if someone our age has been inspired to do it, we can too.. We have participated and organized ourselves food drives, in which we donated to the Ronald Mcdonald house. we also have been inspired by steph Curry’s basketball skills, because he always is very good when he is playing, and he is always telling kids they “could be like him, if they continue to practice” So we continue to practice and try our hardest so someday we could play professional basketball like
