When reviewing her depressive symptoms she explained again that her symptoms would last for about 2 to 3 weeks at a time. She reports losing touch with all pleasurable things such as going to school, writing/composing music, and exercising. During this time she has little to no energy, focus, or concentration skills. She does not even want to leave her bed or do anything just sleep. Other times all I want to do is lay there watching tv and eat junk food. She stated, “I usually like to clean my apartment weekly, but in this mood my apartment becomes a big mess”. She also stated, “It feels miserable and it makes me feel worthless.” When asked about suicidal ideation client denied any plan or intent, but stated “Sometimes I think about what it would be like if I was gone.” When asked about substance abuse she stated that she does not drink alcohol or do any drugs, but has moments of pure euphoria, which she imagines would be like taking
