People who have succeeded in life are not always supported positively; a great example would be Steph Curry and Eminem. Steph Curry and Eminem had made an impact in what they do because they never gave up and they never listened to the ones who doubted them.
Stephen Curry is one of the best basketball players in the world in 2017, being as good as he is it didn’t always come that easy. Curry is the oldest of 3, born in Akron Ohio. Because of his dad playing in the NBA he moved around a bit, by the time he was in high school he lived in Charlotte North Carolina, he attended Charlotte Christian High School, he was always pretty good at basketball but major colleges said he was too small and weak. When his senior year came around he had no major offers, Steph curry was depressed. Curry had one offer from Davidson College, he attended Davison College, and he worked hard and never had doubted his self In his junior year his team had made it to the Elite 8, being one of the top 8 teams out of 64, the next year he declared for the draft, one of his life long dreams.

In his rookie year he was not the player he is today, but he wasn’t the worst, as every season went by he was getting better and better. Even though scouts said he would never make it to the NBA, he worked hard and gave himself a chance to do what he did. In 2015 the warriors were on a run to the championship, in the end it was the Warriors and the Cleveland Cavilers. Steph Curry was in the championship after all the hard work he went through. After defeating the cavs in 2015, in 2016 was a rematch for ages, after up 3-1 the warriors ended up falling the ‘King’ LeBron James.
