Embryonic stem cell research is an ongoing controversial topic that is still a major issue today. It is a subject that starts a debate every moment it is brought up. This topic will continue throughout time to be a controversial subject. There is one thing that will not change in this topic and it is the facts that go along with it. Each side has an argument that has information to back it up but there are important factors that will remain the same. Embryonic stem cell research is popular in society today. Embryonic stem cells are able to turn into many different kind of cells. This allows researchers to use them in many ways for different purposes. These cells can give many people new hope for their future by using them to help cure or fix different aliments. It harms a perfectly good human life. It denies the embryo of a good life where it can thrive. This life had a ton of potential to do many things for not only itself, but for the world. This embryo could have caused a lot of good for the world. It could have made life different from how humans know it today. There is no reason why all of these embryos should have be taken away their rights, this procedure to do more harm to not cause any more good that the embryos could have accomplished alone, and be used for a treatment that does not always work. The intended purpose of this treatment could not go as planned due to the fact that these cells can manipulate into anything and cause harm. This makes this treatment wrong to perform on patients.
