The Fashion Institute of Technology creates professionals. I am planning to major in fashion design like my favorite designer Reem Acra. I am aspiring to become a professional designer and I believe Fit will teach me the knowledge and skills I need to be successful in that career. Although I was born in the United States, I finished high school and attended college in Yemen, an Arabic country in Asia. I graduated from high school in 2012, but I returned to improve my final average and graduated in 2013. During my first two years of college I studied the Arabic language until war broke out between Yemen and Saudi Arabia in March of 2015. I wasn't able to continue my studies due to the destruction of schools as a result of air strikes on schools
