Steinberg's Journey

On Monday 07/11/16 at 2058 hours I was dispatched to a malicious mischief at the
Emerald Point Condos #D-101 located at 31900 104th Ave SE in the City of Auburn,
King Co, WA. Dispatch advised the reporting person, Marcy Steinberg, stated someone had scratched racial slurs into the hood of her vehicle.

I arrived at the location, and while walking to D-101 I observed a blue 2007
Honda Accord WA/AXS6852 in a parking stall in front of the D building. I observed the hood of the vehicle had the word "NIGGER" scratched into it. I also observed a scratch on the driver's side of the vehicle which went from the front quarter panel, across both doors to the rear tail light.

I contacted Steinberg at her apartment. Steinberg told me she first noticed
