Pou did an outstanding job in voice, body, emotions, facial expressions, and projection. Pou used her voice in different tones when her character spoke softly or with passion and did well in projecting her voice well for everyone to hear correctly. She kept the sophisticated and dignified tempo of M’Lynn, letting the audience know she was to be respected. Pou did an amazing job of facial expressions for being taken aback, overwhelmed, and of happiness. The area she did the greatest in would have to be body and emotions. During the last scene, her character was devastated and had an emotional breakdown. She displayed her emotions well as M’Lynn when she yelled out and sobbed, begging to know why her daughter went before her. She was crying on the arm of the chair she was sitting in and waving her arms and a tissue around. Pou definitely did an excellent job at staying true to her character, which resulted in sniffling throughout the audience and a standing
