Chick-fil-a located on 1262 Northlake Blvd, Lake Park, FL 33403 is an amazing break from the traditional fast food chains most of us are accustomed to. The warm and inviting environment mixed with the savory food is why they get five stars in my book. Although they specialize in chicken, they also serve salads, ice cream, and milkshakes. Along with their delicious lemonade and sweet tea. Their authenticity doesn't stop with their chicken sandwich they also have their own sauce to go along with it.…

At only $4, one serving of this delicious shake is equivalent in nutrition value to the following; Romaine lettuce- 3 cups Raw broccoli- 4 cups Exotic fruit- 1 bowl Raw cauliflower- 10 cups Raw mushrooms- 4 cups Wheat grass- 1 shot Raw onions- 3 pieces Raw carrots- 7 pieces Peas- 1 cup Red radishes- 4 cups Nonfat yoghurt- 4 cups Market research shows that purchasing all these ingredients separately would cost anywhere between $30 and $40, so this beats the theory that Shakeology is pricey.
