I can stay in my bed or sofa for the entire day if I have nothing to do on that day. The amount of exercise I engaged had decrease tremendously after I graduated from high school. I understand it is very important to exercise at least 30 minutes per day, but I just cannot find the power to insist. In order to change this unhealthy habit, I would start writing a journal and keep track of the amount of exercise I have everyday and maintain my motivation. Even though I do not like to exercise, but my eating habits are really healthy. I eat a variety of foods everyday; for example, in the morning I will have a small amount of bread, cereals, nuts, milk, and egg. For lunch, I will have a small amount of vegetables, meat or fish, rice, and fruits and for dinner, I will only have a small amount of vegetables.
