We work with a number of providers around Australia to provide post-hospital rehabilitation services for a wide range of conditions and procedures*. These include:

• Orthopaedic operations
• Musculoskeletal and joint replacements
• Treatment of difficult wounds, IV antibiotics, etc.

Personalised care may include support from physiotherapists, occupational therapists and personal carers. Just remember, to be eligible, you will need a recommendation/approval
