I would like to attend the Davidson July Experience for three reasons. First, the resemblance to college life will prepare me for college by offering activities, and adventures that high school does not provide. College requires a lot of independence, and this program also requires independence in order to be successful, so it is a perfect learning experience for me.
Second, I find the courses very interesting, such as the Hitler and Nazi course, and the Family and justice course. I have been interested in World War two, Hitler, and concentration camps ever since I read the book Night, by Elie Wiesel.
