Stockton is a university that topped anything I could have imagined. I knew that it could be an environment where I would be able to complete any goals that I set for myself over my next few years in college.

I live approximately ten minutes away from Stockton which will allow me to live at home, but be able to go to a four-year university. This allows me to stay close to my tight-knit family, but have my own freedoms of going to college. Stockton will allow me to save money for my future and keep me close to my family by just being in a great location.
When I finally decide on a career I want to pursue for the rest of my life, I want to be positive I'm choosing what is best for me and my future. Stockton offers many different internships and job opportunities that could allow me to be successful in the real work world and gain the life experience I will need throughout my career. Hopefully these opportunities will lead me to a job once I graduate.
Stockton University meets and exceeds every aspect that I wanted to find in a college. It offers my major and the degree that I want to obtain in the future. It personally benefits me by being extremely close to home and it offers programs that will allow me to start my career and set me up for success after graduation. Stockton University makes me feel at home and I want to be accepted into that type of environment and attend Stockton

In David and Goliath, Malcolm Gladwell is correct when he claims that It is better to be a “big fish in a small pond,” so attending California State University Sacramento as oppose to UC Berkeley is a better fit for me. When it comes to picking a school, nobody explains it better than Malcolm Gladwell with his “Relative Deprivation Theory”. I want to attend SDSU for many reasons, one being how I am a San Diego “native,”I was born in the county of San Diego and have resided here my whole life. All the experiences and knowledge I have gained has occurred in this area. I would not have to worry in adjusting to a new life or a new city. I know the roads and stores in San Diego, I have visited the SDSU campus at least once a year, for tours, sporting events or concerts.…
