other shoes; it has opened my eyes to the difficulties people who have encountered unfortunate medical events face. I would make a great candidate for the occupational therapy program because of my unique personal and professional experiences. Despite retail is not my calling, I have gained valuable skills from it. Dealing with customers daily has strengthened my inter-personal skills and patience level. My experiences with difficult customers has taught me that people are fighting different inner battles even though they wear smiles on their faces.
