I already had more than 10 years of experiences in the nursing field when I arrived for the first time to the USA, more than 13 years ago. My registered nurse certificate from Cuba and my commitment to excel in life for my own wellness and my family, were part of my belongings. As an immigrant, I found numerous obstacles in all this long way to the completion of my master degree. Today, I can look into the past and say; Yes! It has been very difficult, but not impossible.
