I am very excited to be submitting my resume in response to the job openings for the New Graduate Nurse Residency Program at Baystate Medical Center. As I head into my last months as a student, I am eager to start my career as a new graduate nurse by using the knowledge and skills I have learned in school and building on them in the field. As a current employee of Baystate Medical Center as a Collegiate Care Tech, I have enjoyed and benefited greatly from my experience at Baystate Medical Center and would be excited to continue my development. As a student at the University of Rhode Island College of Nursing, I have been given excellent opportunities to learn and gain the experience that has given me a solid foundation of knowledge and skills
