Minneapolis v. ACLU (2015) Opinion of the Court: Bradley May 2013 saw the arrival of an exhibit to the Minneapolis Institute of Art. The exhibit contents featured were A)photos of nude men and women depicted in a variety of poses, B) photos of adults engaged in various sexual activities, and C) pictures of several nude men standing very close to one another. Finally, there were several pictures that resembled recent advertisements by a famous clothes designer. This last set of photos portrayed D) teenage children dressed in very little clothing, who were also placed in allegedly “erotic” poses.…

I was born in Germany, where I was surrounded by rich European art. Most of my artwork represents places, buildings, and artists that I was exposed to while living in Germany. I was introduced to art at an early age by my mother who took me to an art museum where I began taking art lessons at. Throughout the years I developed a heartfelt passion for art and the medieval era. When we left Germany my art was still in a cartoonist style, but when we came over to the US my elementary and high school art teacher helped me develop a more realistic style that shows traces of my heritage.…
Im a graduate of 2015 applying for classes in the Academy of Art in San Francisco. Art was a hobby until my junior year where I moved to Chowchilla and I was given the opportunity to talk with many talented artist. The National Art Honor Society was a club introduced to me and taught me how art can bring people together. Three goals I have set for myself are to get a degree in early childhood education, get a degree in cosmetology, and be involved in the community. After graduating high school, I will be going to college to major in early childhood education and start applying for a job at preschools and daycares. Thanks to McKeel, I have had the opportunity to take enough AP classes and Dual Enrollment classes to almost get an AA degree. I hope to have completed a Bachelors degree in 2-3 years and start P.A. school early. In five years, I can start a career in a field I have always been passionate about and finally put my skills and knowledge to the test. During my high school years, I recall working in the fields during vacation breaks with my mother harvesting tomatoes, picking up cherries, and pruning grape vines.
