I managed to prove myself and be recognized as a valuable team player and a leader. Moreover, this experience taught me to value time and become a good time manager. My work experience helped me realize the crucial and greatly needed work carried out by nonprofit organizations in my country. I have always been very passionate about these issues but Coalition for Democracy and Civil Society gave me the opportunity to channel my passion, advocacy, and research skills in the professional field and become a leader. I can now confidently say that this experience has been groundbreaking for me because it has given me a competitive edge for the following career
