I believe that I am still discovering my strengths and weaknesses and young enough to make mistakes and learn from them. I would like to continue working on all the leadership practices as I proceed in my career, although I would like to focus on the two where the LPI has demonstrated my weakness.
Working as a physician in the future, the Challenge the Process practice will be an important aspect of my job because it will allow me to develop new and innovative methods of patient-centered care. It will also allow me to collaborate and engage in dialogue with employees pushing for change, be more flexible and be willing to step out of my comfort zone.
