Statement Of Purpose: Attending Dodge Prisons

I am interested in visiting Dodge prison for a few educational purposes as well as personal edification. I studied Government, Law, Politics, and Courts then later acquired a Master's Degree in Crime and Justice, along with a Paralegal Certificate, all from Suffolk University, Boston. I am a member of the National Criminal Justice Honor Society. Part of this degree required visiting prisons. I would be honored if you would permit me to visit your prison on Friday to observe some differences between jails and prisons between our two correctional systems.
Recently I passed an exam to become a Probation Officer and am awaiting word on if I will be selected for an interview. Being able to say I continue to broaden my knowledge and interest
