Next year, I plan to attend Wenatchee Valley College to earn an Associate degree and a Music Direct Transfer Degree. I then will transfer to a university. I am going to Major in Music Composition and Minor in Entrepreneur. I am also considering a Double Major in Business. My goal as a career is to compose music for films or video games at a company. I also want to work towards starting a company with some other people so that we can work on our own projects. This is where the Business and Entrepreneur degree will be beneficial. I have also prepared for this career goal by taking flute and piano lessons. Last year, I took private flute lessons from a professor. Whenever I tell someone where I live, they automatically believe that I am in a gang even if I am only 5 feet tall. The heat from the stage lights, the watchful gazes of the audience, and the sweat dripping off of our faces as we struggle to remember our lines, these sensations of being on stage are what caused the performing arts to become not only an activity, but also a passion and an unexpected source of personal growth. Through my experiences in drama and music I have been able to discover my own meaning of fulfillment and define who the person behind my appearance truly is. My passion in the performing arts started when I was a young child first learning to play the violin. Picking up the violin at the age of 6, I became stuck on one of the most basic songs for almost a whole year. At that time no one believed that I could play the violin, my teacher thought that I was too hyperactive and even my mom attempted to convince me to quit.…

Growing up I have always dreamed of starting my business and managing every detail in it, I started studying the most famous businesses and what the imperfections in these businesses are, just to make sure that in the future if I do start my business, I do not make these mistakes. Starting a small business can be easy, but I always think through on how I can make it big and successful. The reasons I wish to study business administration is that I believe that if I graduate with this degree, I can become qualified to work in many business fields such as finance, accounting, and other aspects of the "money business".
