Statement Of Purpose: A Career As A WIOA Assistant

Recently my agency being a state agency has received new guidelines regarding WIOA services when it comes to persons with disabilities. The implementation of the new information through a bureaucratic hierarchical has been very slow and vague. Being that I’m not a frontline manager but assist two frontline managers, that have to make sure that every counselor and assistant understands the measures that are trickling down. Previously, upon hire as being an assistant to a 40-year manager, information was delivered clearly and precise. Also, job positions and personnel at the headquarters for those positions have changed as well. Therefore, due to the need to get the job going once years of experience has been retired and walked out the door,
