Kidshealth.com did not at a first sight seem credible. The site seemed like a blog, that a private person had done, however, the site is run by the Nemours Foundation, that is Children’s Health System and that way gains credibility, since the site is written by an institution that seem to be credible. Statefarm, on the other hand, is an insurance company. I cannot sincerely tell if it is credible, since it seems a bit odd that an insurance company gives driving advice. Which means that they perhaps want to mainly focus on the health and how to not get hurt while learning to drive, however, I cannot see how this could be biased. On the contrary, Statefarm may be biased as they are in fact an insurance company. Their point could be tricking people into getting their car insurance before beginning driving. On the other hand, I found their tips helpful as I am a novice too.
As for giving the accurate information, both of these sources have done it. I found many of these advices helpful and/or my driving teacher has already told me the advices.
As mentioned before, Nemours Foundation is behind the first source. That tells us that the source has been founded by Nemours, that is a Children’s Health System, which means that the focus lies on children’s health.
Satefarm is, as mentioned also before, an insurance company. That could tell us that they want to make an attempt to sell themselves.
