This would not be possible without an action plan as a roadmap to success. I have learned many strategies since beginning college and have implemented a blueprint to follow. This started with completing my success plan. By understanding my learning style and using it to my advantage, I make better informed decisions about my approach to learning new things. At the same time, utilizing the tangible and available resources, increases my learning abilities and retention for success. For this same reason, rewards are also a great way to commend myself for a job well done and I have a reward plan in place when a goal has been reached. This provides constant motivation to work hard and reap the benefits throughout my journey.
In conclusion, my college journey will be filled with many ups and downs. Failure is not failure if I try again and this is how I motivate myself for success. The key is not let it be the gateway to letting go of my dreams.
