They had wished to rob her of what she had left and unwilling to perish before reaching her destination, Anders, perhaps a little too confident in 'himself' had refused. This had lead to a chase and Anders had ran for as long as she could. Eventually though her legs were burning with acids and her muscles screaming for reprieve. Her chest was aching with her heavy breathing and the air was cold enough to sting her throat. In retrospect it had been a foolish decision, however spotting the remains of an old bard, Anders had darted through the tree's giving one last push to try and loose the two thieves before taking her chances and vanishing into the barn. She looked around frantically, trying to find a place to hide and eventually settling for hiding behind a large plank of wood that rested against one of the corners.
She closed her eyes and held her breath. She could only hear the sound of her heart beating in her chest and cringed some because it sounded far too loud, like it would give her away. That sound however was drowned out by the two men entering the barn. She prayed that they would not find her... but there was only so many places to look and unable to sneak around them and outside.
