Kim 2 because of protests, Starbucks decided to take action for what has happened. Blacks believe that the company is only doing this because wants to regain it’s business and not because of moral rights. They believe that if there hadn’t been exposed so much, they would’ve just kept going with the way they have but, because they have, they’re forcing themselves to take action so that they may look better in people’s eyes again. Starbucks giving training sounds like a wonderful idea but why do so many of us doubt their actions? Sure there is the business aspect of it but don’t forget that they are losing so much money by shutting down 8000 shops to give training. They also state that it is quite detrimental as a human to hold unto that specific type of hate within them. Blacks still argue about the racism in the present day and continues to fight back in peaceful and even violent ways such as the Black Lives Matter. However, the whites argue asking if all the race relations are perfect? They don’t believe so and they’re not saying racism doesn’t exist but they’re trying to argue that it has grown much better through the time.
